11-30-12: Rat Pack Rescue has scooped little Jasmine up so she is out of the shelter and looking for a forever home again.This sweet little girl is Jasmin. She is a blind, 4 year old bichon mix according to the shelter's website. She is a sweet, happy little girl who loves to spin around on her hind legs.
Adoption fee is $50. she is blind and very quiet her owner turned her in due to not being able care for her any more.
