*Lavonia, GA: Sweet Annie, Unbelievably Abused Just Wants Love

RESCUED!!

WHO AM  I?  My name is Annie. The police department saved me from the people who hurt me and brought me to the shelter.  I am being treated for my injuries and taking medicine.  I am scared and I am sad - I want to leave, even though they are being nice to me...it's just not the same.  I have been abused, but I still don't know why.  I am a good girl and I just want to be part of a family, have my own warm bed, clean water and food, maybe my own toy.

WHERE AM I?   Northeast Georgia  Animal Shelter (NEGAS)
                              870 Bear Creek Road
                              Lavonia, GA 30553

The shelter is taking her very seriously and wants to be sure that she has a wonderful home.  Annis has a case of kennel cough, which is common for a dog who has to stay in a shelter. As you can see, she has some wounds to heal, but that has not dampened her sweet spirit.  She knows there is someone out there who will return her faith and love in humankind.

HOW CAN I HELP?  Contact the shelter at 706-356-5363 Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Ask for Amy Canfield. Email:  negasinfo@yahoo.com
