San Bernardino City, CA- I am sad....my time is up here. I die soon. Little white "Toto" dog, only 1 yr old.

2-17-12:  Picked up by rescue just in the nick of time!

SOMEONE WAS COMING FOR ME, BUT I WAS STOOD UP. Please, please help him, this is so heartbreaking.  He looks a bit like a little white Toto. 
WHO AM I? I don't know my name, but my number is ID#A420863 and they said I have to be rescued today or I die. What does that mean? Please come save me, please. I'm just a little boy, won't take up much room and I promise to be loyal and take care of you. I am a male, white Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 1 year old. I have been at the shelter since Feb 08, 2012.
